As HR Business Partner you act as a link between the employees and the organization. Together with a team of Business Leaders, you are an important player in Genfitt's transformation into Kramp, where efficiency and digitization of the business go together with people development and the subsequent growth of the organization in the next few years.

What is your role?

You are a strong sparring partner for the business and can switch quickly between operational, tactical and strategic levels. Our Kramp People Strategy forms the basis of your work and focuses on creating optimal work experience & employee journey.

As a sparring partner you discover where the departments' needs lie for the future. You translate that need into action to support the future goals of departments and the company. You have close contact with employees daily and, together with your leaders, you ensure that people processes run smoothly, and people are engaged to perform to the highest level.

HR Challenges & Agenda

  • Support Leaders in embedding standard KRAMP HR Processes & Systems
  • Guide Leaders in the upskilling & re-skilling of staff, particularly within the commercial area & warehouse
  • Drive individual training & development initiatives via WeLearn platform & local activities to improve performance
  • Be Local Champion for the KRAMP values and how Leaders lead to empower others
  • Deploy Appropriate Organisation Changes & Attract New Talent in line with business development
  • Ensure the overall competitiveness of Total Reward structure
  • Conduct regular Employee Engagement Surveys and Implement positive Employee Journey actions

Your Team

In this role, you'll be a key member of the local Genfitt team, working closely with colleagues in a supportive environment. With Genfitt now part of the Kramp Group, you'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with the Global Centers of Expertise—Talent & Organization, Recruitment, and Rewards. Furthermore, you'll regularly exchange ideas and best practices with HR colleagues across Europe. This role perfectly combines a strong local focus with the advantages of being connected to a larger, international network.

Who are you?  

For this job we have a couple of requirements:  

  • You have at least 3 years of work experience in an HR Business Partner role
  • You have experience in operating at management level and with interventions in the field of team and organizational development
  • You are results-oriented, decisive, feel at home in an international environment and recognize our values. Because we are growing and changing quickly as an organization, we are looking for someone who is flexible, can switch quickly and can set priorities
  • You have excellent stakeholder management skills and feel comfortable in challenging mindsets and assumptions
  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HRM, business or equivalent
  • You are a thoughtful communicator with excellent people skills
  • You desire to develop others in a changing environment
