About Kramp

Kramp. Moving Forward.

Kramp is a solid company. Our history shows a stable growth and we are still growing. We are financially sound, big in logistics and transforming into an e-business company. What it makes so special? It is the unique combination of factors. Yes, we have a solid base, but that doesn’t mean we go for routine. Every day is different and we are always open to new ideas. Anyone who has a good idea, has the freedom and responsibility to make it happen. We are continuously improving the customer experience to today’s standards. In other words, we are moving forward. We are not only moving forward as a company. It is our incentive to employees. It works both ways. Living up to our brand promise, requires employees to go the extra mile. However, everyone is able to move forward on a personal level as well. With a lot of possibilities and opportunities. It is giving and taking: shaping your own career. We are a multinational company. However, we do not have the typical culture you would expect from such a company. Our employees describe our culture as warm and open. An international environment in which we take care of each other, especially our new colleagues. We feel like we are one big family around the globe.

Do you recognise yourself in our values and would you like a flying start to your career?
