Integration Platform Engineer

#REQ0014136

At Kramp, we empower our product teams, farmers, dealers, and suppliers by building a stable, scalable, and reliable digital platform. Our platform is the foundation on which business- critical applications are built, enabling thousands of customers and generating over one billion euros in turnover per year

As a Integration Platform Engineer, you'll ensure that our engineering teams have the tools, frameworks, and infrastructure they need to move fast and build with confidence. You won't be building business features yourself, but you'll make sure that those who do can rely on a strong, secure, and well-maintained platform.

This role combines elements of DevOps, infrastructure engineering, and software

enablement perfect for someone who loves improving systems, creating reliable foundations, and enabling others to succeed.

What you'll be doing:

  • Maintain, improve, and scale platform solutions that serve as the backbone for all application teams
  • Ensure smooth operation of CI/CD pipelines, monitoring systems, and logging solutions.
  • Troubleshoot platform-related issues and ensure quick resolution for engineering teams.
  • Apply and automate system-wide updates, manage certificates, and oversee access rights
  • Develop and maintain common frameworks, libraries, and development guidelines used by application engineers.
  • Collaborate closely with domain engineers to understand their needs and improve their developer experience.
  • Keep security, scalability, and reliability at the heart of everything you do.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience designing, setting up, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and configuring monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions for large-scale systems.
  • Understanding of software development practices and ability to set development guidelines
  • Experience with certificates, identity/access management, and system-wide updates.
  • A problem-solver who enjoys enabling others rather than building features directly.

Experience and knowledge of at least one of:

  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) in general, and Google Application Integration specifically.
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), especially Oracle Integration Cloud
  • Apigee X for API management.
  • IBM MQ / IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE)

What do we offer?

We are an ambitious, fast-growing and financially sound organization. You can obviously expect:

  • Competitive salary.
  • 25 vacation days and 12 ADV days (based on a full time contract).
  • Flexible working policy in hours and location (with offices in Utrecht, Varsseveld and Leek).
  • Travel and working from home allowance.
  • Profit sharing bonus.
  • Learning budget for training and courses to support your growth ambitions.
  • Generous pension plan.
