Are you capable of executing detailed analysis research and translate this to clear business value in an international environment? Then we are looking for you.

We’re looking for an intern who can help us to analyze different data sources within the organisation, find new connections and provide valuable insights. Our mission is to make it as easy as possible for our customers. Our department supports this by making the right data available to the organisation in order to take the best decisions for our customers.

There is a lot of freedom to fulfill this role as you see fit. The definitive scope of the research project can be worked out in mutual agreement.

What you could be doing

  • Develop an algorithm for text analysis
  • Driver analysis of customer satisfaction scores
  • Find connections financial data and customer satisfaction data
  • Research project of your interest

The team you will be working with 
During the internship you will be working within the Customer Experience Team. This a new department within our organisation. The team works together with many different departments with a shared vision to improve the experience of our customers whenever they do business with us. The team consists of a group young experts with different nationalities but all share the passion and knowledge in building a future proof organisation.

During the internship you will be working together with many different people from many different departments. In particular with colleagues from our Business Intelligence and E-Business teams. You will have a lot of freedom to initiate new ideas and develop these further.

Who are you?

  • Currently enrolled on a Bachelor or Master level studies in Data Science, Econometrics, Machine Learning or related study
  • Not afraid to communicate with colleagues all over Europe in English or any other other language.
  • Continuous learning, motivated and analytical mindset
  • Affinity with Data Analytics and E-commerce
