Data Analyst Marketing
Our Data Analyst Marketing is part of the International Market Intelligence team who work on four major disciplines: product intelligence, market intelligence, customer intelligence and competitor intelligence. In their daily work they use primary and secondary data to support data-driven decision making in the company. Apart from conventional market research methods they integrate novel business intelligence techniques in our analyses (e.g. Alteryx, Tableau, GIS).
As a Data Analyst Marketing you will analyze internal and external Market related data and transform it into relevant insights for the company. Therefore you are able to develop, optimize and implement algorithm and prediction models. You will discover new possibilities and inform about new technologies and tools which could improve our existing Marketing approach. In general, your main focus will be on an International Scale.
Who are you?
You are a team player but also able and willing to act independently and on own initiative. You are curious to dive into existing databases and create insights with Data Mining technologies. You are interested to develop new models and algorithm. Besides that you want to be an influencer and change maker.
Furthermore you have:
- a Master of Science degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics or Operational Research
- experience in Analytics / Data Science is an advantage, but we would also like to invite recent graduates and ambitious candidates to apply
- knowledge of software tools like Excel, SPSS, SAS (or similar), Tableau (or similar)
- preferably you also have basic knowledge of R/Python
- knowledge of creating algorithm and models based on data mining, cluster- and network analytics
- good communication skills
- excellent knowledge of the English language
