HR Business Partner
We are currently looking for a well-rounded HR generalist/advisor with organizational sensitivity and experience in a matrix and international environment. This is a very exciting opportunity as you will be the go to person in HR in Spain and you will be responsible for managing and leading all HR projects and processes in the country. The HR Business Partner Spain is a key sparring partner for business leaders to develop business objectives and plans.
The HR Business Partner, Director Commerce, Director Operations and Finance & Control Manger are responsible for leading the country.
You will report directly to the Manager HR Business located in another country.
Kramp Spain is in a process of integrating two companies and you will play a key role in that transition and integration by supporting creation of shared local culture (communication) and aligning all HR processes. You will also play a significant role in supporting directors and managers in tactical people management topics.
Other topics you will be responsible for are: Recruitment, Talent Management and supporting Management in Performance Cycle as well as for local GDPR, Compensation and Benefits policies and you will be in contact with suppliers such as the external payroll company.
As you are acting as single point of contact for all HR matters in Spain, you will also ensure that our administration, such as: contracts, payroll, time and attendance, is up to date and managed well in cooperation with external partners.
