Kramp UK are on the hunt for an enthusiastic and talented Marketing Specialist to help upscale our marketing operations.

At Kramp, our purpose is to keep farmers farming. With British and Irish weather being so unpredictable, it’s vital that a farmer can work productively as soon as the weather allows. When part of a tractor breaks, time is of the essence when it comes to getting it repaired, or the entire food chain will be at risk.

Kramp offers over 500,000 spare parts and accessories to keep the world of agriculture going. Working in partnership with thousands of dealers, Kramp UK distribute the parts that farmers need all across the UK and Ireland.

The successful marketing specialist will be working closely with the rest of the marketing team to build exciting and impactful multichannel marketing plans that grow our B2B business with our agricultural dealers. However in order to grow business with our dealerships, we have a large focus on increasing our brand awareness with farmers, to drive them into the dealerships. For this reason, experience with B2C marketing will be especially advantageous.

Essential Experience:

  • Excellent understanding of email and social media best practice – planning and delivery.
  • Experience managing several projects at once.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Understanding of key metrics and KPIs – traffic, conversion rate, average order value, CPC, impressions etc.
  • Experience using analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics.
  • Confident using Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.
  • Good understand of SEO best practice.

Desirable Experience:

  • Understanding of B2C trade driving channels (Google Shopping, Marketplaces, Facebook Shopping etc.).
  • Experience building and/or managing digital advertising campaigns on Facebook and/or Google Ads.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Basic design skills using a tool such as e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop etc.
  • Experience working with/managing marketing agencies.
  • Experience writing content plans for email and social media.
  • Experience working at/planning events.
  • 2+ years experience in marketing

Key tasks you may be delivering:

  • Delivering UK and Irish multichannel marketing campaigns
    • This may include social media, influencer activity, PR, digital advertising, SEO, emails and more.
    • Analysing campaigns and helping to plan future campaigns
    • Working with the global marketing team to make global campaigns effective in the UK & Ireland.
    • Planning and supporting before and/or during agricultural events and tradeshows
    • Result: Customers are informed about our products and the value we add to their business.

Benefits package:

  • Salary – circa £30 - £35K
  • Annual Leave – 25 Days, plus Bank Holidays. Possibility to purchase an additional 3 days.
  • Pension – 5% Employee/5% employer contributions.  There is an option for the employee to contribute higher.
  • Life Insurance – equivalent to 3 x yearly salary
  • Hybrid working – 2 days from home
