About the Role:

As a Cluster Manager Pricing SEE (Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Czech Rep., Slovakia, Hungary, Ukraine), you'll take charge of our Pricing strategy, a vital component of our commercial strategy. You'll be responsible for optimizing revenue and margin across the countries in our Cluster while establishing and nurturing pricing capabilities within Kramp.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize revenue and margin and align Group pricing strategy with local Cluster pricing strategies.
  • Maintain an overview of revenue, margin, and discounts on a cluster level and their impact on category and cluster plans.
  • Translate pricing guardrails into actual list prices, striking a balance between localization and harmonization.
  • Monitor pricing performance to ensure cluster sales and financial targets are met.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to report pricing results and customer feedback.
  • Identify pricing opportunities, from market trends to customer and competitor behaviour.
  • Contribute valuable insights to global category and assortment reviews and cluster demand and supply forecasts.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in price management, with at least 2 years in leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of pricing management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Familiarity with the agriculture industry.
  • Proficiency in English and one or more South Eastern European (SEE) languages.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adept at task prioritization.
