We are building our in-house e-commerce platform which powers multiple of our digital sales channels and webshops. Serving thousands of customers and generating a turnover of one billion euros per year. The core platform is stable and allows us to focus our attention on new product development.

The Product Analyst explores markets and user feedback for exciting feature opportunities. With assisting the product owner in shaping innovative features, creating user stories, and tracking product performance you drive innovation. In this position you collaborate with a dynamic team and contribute to product roadmaps and release plans under the guidance of the Manager of Product Owners and Analysts.
Things that will keep you busy as our Product Analyst:
Product Performance: Monitor and understand product metrics and advise stakeholders on optimization
Data Analysis & Research: Use SQL to perform complex data analysis and interpret trends
Validation & Rollout: Plan and execute A/B tests, analyse results, and advise recommendations
Be the Voice of the Customer: Conduct comprehensive user research and usability testing, integrate findings into product enhancements
Gather Requirements: Translate requirements into user stories, combining UX, technical specifications, and business input.
Report & Present: Lead reporting and strategic presentations, influence decision making and strategies.
What will help you be successful in this role:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with technology focus, such as computer science
Deep understanding of product domain and users
Familiar with user centric hypothesis based problem solving
Deep knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel and Tableau
When supporting a technical product, basic programming skills to test initial hypotheses are required
Previously worked in an e-commerce environment
Experience with Agile teams
Have a curiosity about the data of the business and understand the customer insights
