Join our Product Quality & Product Compliance team as Product Quality specialist.
Kramp offers an extremely wide range of products. Kramp does not produce most products itself, but has them produced or purchases them from suppliers throughout Europe and beyond. Ensuring the quality of the products starts with the design phase of a product. This is why Kramp is in close contact with its suppliers and ensures that its suppliers are aware of the legal standards and the additional Kramp quality standards. In addition to this intensive contact with its suppliers, Kramp ensures that you can purchase responsible products through internal policy, work processes, carrying out supplier audits, testing products and drawing up and maintaining technical files.
What is your role?
Your specific tasks include:
You are the project leader in new quality processes to be set up and work internationally with other departments involved (for example Product and Supplier management, Sales and/or IT).
You are responsible for monitoring, continuously improving and developing product and supplier quality procedures, because customer satisfaction and safety are your top priorities!
You provide advice on product quality requirements for new and existing suppliers.
You analyze data, reports, complaints and quality assessments. You bundle these insights and communicate them with the right stakeholders.
If an incidental recall takes place, you are the spider in the web who is responsible for management and maintaining an overview.
This position offers a great challenge for an enthusiastic candidate who would like to contribute to the further development of product quality processes within an international, constantly changing organization. Within the position you can shape your own role by, for example, starting your own (improvement) projects.
Your team
You work together with 4 colleagues in a dynamic and driven Product Quality & Compliance team and report to the Product Quality & Compliance Manager. You will also work cross-functionally with other colleagues and stakeholders in 24 countries.
Who are you?
For this job we have a couple of requirements:
A completed bachelor or master education, preferably in the field of (technical) business administration, law or other relevant field.
>2 years’ experience with Product Quality processes.
Good communication and advice skills (or you want to develop in these) and; Due to the international nature of the position, good oral and written skills in English and Dutch are required.
You can gain useful insights from data analyzes (e.g. Excel, Tableau) and advise on possible next steps.
Result-oriented, you can work independently and enjoy improving decision-making.
