Project Manager Supply Chain

Are you passionate about driving complex supply chain initiatives, and delivering tangible results? We're looking for a Project Manager to spearhead impactful projects across our international operations.
 

The role
As a key member of our Operations Projects team, you’ll manage international supply chain projects of medium to large scale and complexity, ranging from network and warehouse optimization to greenfield warehouse builds and expansions. You’ll be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and in line with strategic objectives.
 

Your typical projects might include:

  • Leading a warehouse automation project to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Overseeing the construction, fit-out, and ramp-up of a new regional distribution center.

  • Coordinating the rebuild and expansion of an existing warehouse to support business growth.

  • Implementing cross-border logistics strategies to improve end-to-end fulfillment.
     

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries and disciplines, guiding teams through all project phases, from initiation to successful delivery.

In this role, you will:

  • Define the project vision, create detailed project plans, and manage execution from start to finish.

  • Monitor progress and performance, evaluate project outcomes, and implement corrective actions where needed.

  • Engage with stakeholders through clear communication, presentations, and regular progress updates.

  • Ensure projects align with our organizational goals and project management frameworks.
     

Who are you?

We’re looking for a strong leader and structured thinker with the following background:

  • A Master’s degree and 4+ years of experience in a comparable project management role.

  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment operations.

  • Proven experience in managing operational and CAPEX-intensive projects is considered an asset.

  • Familiarity with warehouse construction, fit-outs, automation, and ramp-ups.

  • Experience in network optimization and warehouse efficiency improvement projects.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Willingness to be on-site at our Varsseveld HQ 2–3 days per week.
