Are you ready to drive sales and profitability in the Shop and Workshop category? Join Kramp as our new Category Manager and take ownership of product strategy, pricing, and assortment based on data, market trends, and customer needs.
 

Your role

You’ll report to the Head of Shop and Workshop and work closely with the Category Buyer. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and manage the category plan aligned with company strategy.

  • Optimize product lifecycle and ensure competitive positioning.

  • Use data and market research to drive decisions and spot new trends.

  • Contribute to business plans, promotional activities, and cost-saving initiatives.

  • Manage commercial results and partner compliance.

  • Engage with stakeholders and external partners effectively.
     

Who are you?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years in a similar management role with strong stakeholder and commercial skills.

  • Technical knowledge related to the agri industry is considered an asset.

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Able to drive and manage change when introducing new products or systems.
