You are also involved in:

  • Responsibility for the entrusted region

  • Combination of digital and standard customer portfolio management tools

  • 80% care and development of existing customers, 20% acquisition activity

  • Digital and personal customer communication, customer care and support

  • Use of marketing and business software

  • Involvement in the creation of business strategy

  • Customer development, activation of new product groups

  • Customer training on the use of the online store and mobile application

  • Administrative activities, reporting

Who are you?

  • Graduated at least secondary education

  • Education in marketing or experience with marketing tools (emailing, Content Management system, Google Analytics)

  • Practice from the trade - an advantage

  • Advanced PC skills, good knowledge of MS Office, CRM

  • Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English (possibility of involvement in international projects)

  • Business thinking, analytical thinking and the ability to recognize opportunity

  • Pro-client approach, knowledge of customer relationship management

  • Active data-driven person with their own ideas and opinions

  • Driving license category B

  • Willingness to travel
