Project Manager

As a Project Manager for the Benelux Cluster, you’ll take the lead on high-impact, strategic projects that shape the future of our business in the region. These are not just any projects—they are complex, large-scale initiatives that directly drive growth and innovation.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director Benelux, you'll work at the heart of decision-making, collaborating closely with the leadership team and senior stakeholders across the Kramp Group. This is your chance to be a key player in transforming our business for the next chapter.

What is your role?  

Your responsibilities include defining the project vision, developing detailed plans, and overseeing execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will also establish and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) within the cluster, building project capability across the organization.

• Change Management: Support change initiatives by analyzing progress and providing insights, under the guidance of senior project or program managers.

• Scope Definition: Lead information gathering, stakeholder consultations, and define clear project deliverables aligned with strategic goals.

• Planning: Develop and manage comprehensive project and workstream plans that align with Kramp’s project governance framework.

• Resource Management: Oversee the effective allocation of resources, manage costs, and provide accurate forecasting with justifications for variances.

• Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where necessary and developing mitigation strategies.

• Team Leadership: Lead a small to mid-sized project team, communicate project vision and outcomes, guide team members, and foster team development through coaching and mentorship.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships through effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

Who are you?  

You're someone who thrives on working on high-impact, strategic projects and enjoys being at the heart of the business. You're analytical, conceptually strong, and results-driven—with a practical mindset focused on solutions rather than problems. You bring clarity and direction in a complex environment and work comfortably alongside senior management.

Furthermore, you have:

• Completed a Master’s degree or equivalent level of professional experience.

• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in areas such as:Project management, Business consulting, Data analytics, Business development and Financial or strategic planning.

• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience with project management tools, data analysis, or programming tools is considered an asset.

• Fluent Dutch and English language skills, both spoken and written.

For this role you need to based in the Benelux headquarters in Varsseveld, the Netherlands (at least 50% of your time).
