Your role

You will make a significant impact as OE Partnerships & Development Manager.

You are the architect of strong, future-proof relationships with leading OE brands. You identify, engage, and select the right partners—those who fit our category strategy, strengthen our value proposition, and contribute to a high-performing supply chain. You create win-win collaborations that drive growth, profitability, and long-term success. You don’t wait for opportunities, you create them. From proactive outreach and cold calling to building trust with new suppliers, you expand our network and secure partnerships that position Kramp ahead of the market.

You work closely with the Category Managers and Category Buyers and report to the Head of Machinery.

Key responsibilities

  • Supplier Partnerships: Build, manage and optimize a strategic OE supplier base. Ensure compliance, performance, and long-term value creation.

  • Supplier Acquisition: Identify potential leads, initiate contact through cold calling and networking, and convert prospects into long-term partners.

  • Business Planning: Contribute to category strategies and annual plans; support business cases and resource estimates for key initiatives.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Align with internal teams, share insights, and ensure strong communication and commitment.

  • Sourcing & Buying:  Analyze markets, identify cost drivers, and negotiate pricing, terms and assortment.

  • Performance & Contract Management: Monitor supplier KPIs, SLAs and agreements; drive improvements and renegotiate where needed.

  • Cost & Value Optimization: Identify savings opportunities, implement improvements, and maximize supplier contribution.

  • Supply Chain Support: Partner with supply chain teams to enhance delivery performance and operational efficiency.

Who are you?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 6+ years of experience in business development, strategic procurement, partnerships or category management

  • Skilled negotiator with a strategic mindset and strong business acumen

  • Able to balance multiple perspectives and resolve conflicts constructively

  • Applies market insight to make informed, forward-thinking decisions

  • Thinks ahead strategically, translating trends and opportunities into actionable plans

  • Strong communicator who builds trust and relationships internally and externally

  • Organized, proactive, and committed to delivering results
