IT Support Engineer

We are looking for Junior VoIP Engineer

Are you eager to learn, have a basic understanding of networks and communication platforms, and want to grow in an international environment — we’d love to meet you! We’re looking for a Junior VoIP Engineer to support and develop our voice communication systems across Europe. 

What is your role?

Your key responsibilities:

• Migrating existing telephone numbers to a central platform,
• Supporting the Sprinklr communication platform for sales departments across Europe,
• Monitoring the continuity of the communication platform,
• Managing groups and users,
• Reporting platform costs to the Business Owner, managing payments to the suppliers etc…

Who are you?

• Willingness to acquire new knowledge,
• Knowledge of computer networks (IP protocols),
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams videoconferencing platforms,
• Experience with VoIP SBC (Session Border Controller) Alcatel and AudioCode is a plus.
• Proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel abroad (once every 6 months),
• Ability to work in a multinational teams,
• Category B driving license
