Are you ready to take your career in Recruitment to the next level? We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team at our beautiful new office in the heart of Utrecht.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in sourcing and hiring top technical talent across a variety of roles while partnering with international teams and departments. You’ll help shape our recruitment strategies and create exceptional candidate experiences that reflect Kramp’s employer brand.
Your role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles such as Java Engineers, BI Specialists, Product Owners, Technology Managers, but also work on roles in other departments if needed.
Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier technical talent.
Act as a trusted recruitment advisor to hiring managers, providing expertise and guidance throughout the hiring process.
Champion Kramp’s employer brand through every interaction, both online and offline.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and support reporting on key HR metrics.
Deliver a high-quality candidate experience, ensuring all candidates feel valued throughout the process.
The team
You’ll be part of an international team of Talent Acquisition Specialists and collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, the HR Connect team, and hiring managers across departments.
Who are you?
We’re looking for someone who brings experience, creativity, and energy to the table. Ideally, you have:
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, with the ability to advise teams on defining and refining tech profiles.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
A collaborative, open-minded, and solution-oriented approach.
Hands-on experience with a range of sourcing tools and social media platforms.
Fluency in English.
Experience in employer branding or organizing recruitment events is a plus.
