Logistic Analyst


The Logistic Analyst is key function to drive and improve processes in the logistics. He/she will improve the usage of the IT systems based on data and process analyses. He/she will be the key person between the operational staff and the system specialist in other Kramp warehouses. He/she will report directly to the Logistic Director.

You will:

Responsible for the setup of the IT systems in logistics. Giving proactive advice about operational processes by optimising the usage of the IT systems

Responsible for the creation, development and maintenance of performance measurement systems for warehouse logistics and for distribution

Active participation in international and local projects for the improvement of operational processes regarding logistics

Accomodating processes between departments and securing these processes in means like procedures, this accoring the “Continious Improvement” methodology

Monitoring and (re)directing of progress, quality and efficiency in department procedures

First point of contact with international team of Kramp specialists, communicating efficiently regarding projects and working in close collaboration with other colleagues in Europe

Back-up of the Service Desk Logistic:

  • Handle all the delivery complaints related to logistics.
  • Handle redelivery / return of the products.
  • Claim lost or damages at the carrier.

Who are you?


  • Master degree related to IT / Logistics, or Bachelor with experience in similar role
  • Experience in logistics
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of logistic procedures and systems
  • Analytical skills
