Master Black Belt Continuous Improvement

Therefore we have defined our business Key Processes including ownership and governance on senior management level.
As the current Master Black Belt will develop further within our organization we have a vacancy for a Master Black Belt - Continuous Improvement. In this high level role you are the gatekeeper of the Continuous Improvement culture, you are the master of Lean and Six Sigma in our organization, providing training towards leaders, Black Belts and Green Belts and you are challenging our Senior Managers and Key Process Experts how to improve their business processes.
You will report directly to the COO.
Your specific tasks include:
Gatekeeper of the Continuous Improvement culture and methodology Challenge and coach Senior Leaders and Key Process Experts on process improvement Being the expert of Lean and Six Sigma within Kramp Drive high quality of project management with a clear sense of direction, building teamwork and aligning towards results Arrange knowledge transfer on Continuous Improvement (outside – in) Provide Leadership, Green Belt and Black Belt trainings and certification
Who are you?
Besides a good sense of humor and the drive to develop yourself constantly we are looking for you if you have:
- Academic degree in a commercial, financial or technical subject
- ≥ 10 years operations and supply chain management experience in an international business environment (matrix organization)
- Strong track record in Change Management projects
- A minimum of Black Belt level is required, a Master Black Belt level is preferred
- Experience with Continuous Improvement methods other than Lean Six Sigma is preferred
- Able to think both conceptual as operational with the skills to combine both in practical and sustainable solutions
- Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally (50% of your time)
