We are delighted to be hiring Recruiter to work for our client, Kramp, one of the market leaders in the Retail agriculture industry. RPO Recruiter will play a key role in hiring the best talent into Kramp. The Recruiter will benefit from the training and the state-of-art technology provided by Hudson RPO and will be working as part of the Kramp HR team. Recruiter will be working 3 days per week in the Kramp offices in Varsseveld and 2 days from home.
Reporting to the Operations Manager the key objectives of the role are:
Manage the relationships with client stakeholders.
Create and Deliver our Sourcing and Recruitment Strategies to engage the top talent within the market and for future pipelining requirements.
Ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are adhered to throughout our recruitment practices.
Promote our client’s brand within the talent market.
Provide exceptional candidate and hiring manager care throughout the recruitment process ensuring a positive experience throughout for all parties involved.
Our Recruiters are superb stakeholder relationship builders, collaborators, commercially minded and professional consultants within the realm of their talent expertise. The client will look to you as their trusted expert, the person who will guide them, advise them, consult with them, and simply take the pain out of recruitment for them.
The role of the recruiter is to partner with our client as the SME to drive forward their talent acquisition strategy. You will lead the business to develop a pro-active, strategic recruitment service, by leaning into the wider Hudson RPO business to collaborate on current best practice and technology.
We partner with our clients, ensuring the service they receive is seamless and we work hard to build real trust with our business partners and provide them with effective recruitment processes and solutions.
Hudson RPO prides itself on the ability to build excellent working relationships with all of its stakeholders and the Recruiter must be confident in driving these relationships forward therefore please ensure you are confident in not only partaking in industry conversations/ presentations but also have the ability to think outside of the box and bring new ideas to the table at all times.
Establish and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders to build credibility and trust in the Resourcing Team’s expertise and advice.
Devise and deliver creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage the best candidates in the market.
Ensure best practice is maintained throughout all processes and procedures.
Ensure internal compliance is adhered to throughout the recruitment end to end process.
Work closely with colleagues in the Resourcing team to ensure delivery in line with client Service Level Agreements.
Act as a Consultant to the business/client, to negotiate & influence strategy and outcome.
Accurate and timely data management of candidate and business information.
Promote the employer brand within the external talent market, consistently delivering key messaging from the firm’s Employer Value Proposition.
Build strong partnerships with hiring leaders, establishing the credibility to guide the business on how to improve process and enhance the candidate experience
Provide exceptional candidate care through all stages of the recruitment process, ensuring that successful and unsuccessful candidates alike have a positive experience engaging with the brand
Required Experience and Competencies
A recruitment specialist with in-house or at client site experience of working effectively with hiring managers and HR colleagues; experience in relevant industry sector environment is preferred.
Outstanding stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
Open minded, inventive with commercial thinking and a solution-focused mindset.
Strong achievement drive, resilience, flexibility and commitment to delivery.
Team player with proven ability to multi-task and deliver to tight deadlines.
Expertise across a broad range of sourcing channels, including social media.
Exposure to the issues associated with recruitment – legislation, HR practices, trends, alternative recruitment solutions is an asset.
Fluency in Dutch and English, German would be a plus.
