Management Assistant Commerce

As Management Assistant for Commerce, you are the first point of contact for the group directors of Commerce: to ensure optimal support to the commercial leadership team.

The team, of which you will be support, consists of 5 directors Procurement, Product management, Marketing, Sales Development, Digital Commerce and and operates from our headquarters in Varsseveld. This is a position in an international environment with contacts at various levels. You will join a hard-working, professional and approachable team.

What is your role?

In this role you will have several organizational and administrative tasks. These tasks are:

  • Realizing a correct and efficient agenda management;

  • Accurate and correct handling of incoming and outgoing telephone and e-mail traffic;

  • Preparing, organizing and managing different types of appointments and meetings;

  • Monitoring the action list and signaling;

  • Arranging and preparing (international) business trips;

  • Organizing team days and events.

Who are you?

  • 5 + years of experience with project management and project management tools;

  • You have interpersonal skills;

  • Organizational skills and time management capability;

  • Work experience in Reporting, administrative and correspondence skills;

  • Knowledge of various MS Office applications;

  • Excellent knowledge of English. Dutch would be an advantage.
