Your Role:

As the Cluster Customer Service Manager CEE, you'll be entrusted with one of the key pillars of the customer experience – customer service. Your mission is to lead your teams in delivering the very best service to Kramp customers. This role encompasses introducing a new communication platform, overseeing the development of a new CS organization, and excelling in people management and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of customer service experience, with a preference for retail or wholesale expertise.
  • Proficiency in managing a modern CS organization in an omnichannel setup.
  • E-commerce knowledge.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • A deep understanding of industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and other data analytics tools.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effective task prioritization.
  • Fluency in English and one or more CEE languages.
