Kramp Group, a leader in the agricultural parts industry, is seeking a Technology Change Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in advancing our Product Model.

At Kramp Group, we're dedicated to empowering our teams, farmers, dealers, and suppliers to thrive in the digital age. We're driving the digital future of Kramp Group by discovering and building great products that make life easier for our customers. As a Technology Change Manager at Kramp Group, your primary mission will be to govern the Kramp Product Model, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with our organizational goals and centralizing and structuring it to ensure integration. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between group portfolio management & the product model organization. Next to that, you will be supporting the Technology Leadership Team with implementing the Technology roadmap. This role is not just about implementing processes—its about shaping the future of how we work and innovate.  This is an exciting opportunity for a (strategy) consultant with a strong background in Agile operating models and governance processes. You will directly report to the Director Software Engineering & Product Way of Working.

  • Conflict Resolution: Manage and resolve overlaps or conflicts in required capacity between different products/projects by aligning with product owners, project managers and the head of PMO.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Collect performance data on all Product Teams within the Product Model, turning insights into actionable recommendations for improvement.

This is a newly created role, offering you the unique opportunity to shape and design it from the ground up. You'll work closely with senior leaders giving you a platform to grow and influence the future of our operating model.
