Analytics and Business Intelligence Specialist


Recently Kramp introduced a new operating model. Within Commerce domain, there will be a new department: Analytics, Insights & Transformation. We believe in the potential of data analytics and insights to transform how we do business at Kramp.​ AI&T exist to bring market-leading tools and intelligence to action, ultimately nurturing a data-driven culture at Kramp. 

We are looking for a 

Analytics and Business Intelligence Specialist

who works with AI&T colleagues, with stakeholders in rest of the Commerce domain and with Data/Technology department. As ABI Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the analytics landscape of our organization. 

You will be part of the Analytics team (~6 persons). The Analytics team is there to build and support best-in-class BI tooling with a unified structure and approach. 


What is your role?  

Your specific tasks/responsibilities include:   

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translating them into effective and visually appealing Tableau solutions. 

  • Designing, creating, and maintaining Tableau dashboards to provide actionable insights for the management teams. 

  • Ensuring that your solutions include clear meta-data, making them easily understandable for your close colleagues. 

  • Documenting your solutions in a user-friendly way so that end-users can grasp the insights with minimal guidance. 

  • Implementing standardized practices based on industry and Kramp best practices. 

  • Participating in the development and optimization of BigQuery tables/views/Scheduled Queries that serve as the foundation for your Tableau dashboards. 

  • Adhering to data governance and security protocols to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of the data.

You will be an integral part of our Analytics team, working alongside skilled professionals who are passionate about leveraging data for strategic decision-making. The team is dedicated to fostering a collaborative and innovative environment, encouraging continuous learning and development. All 6 team members talk data, but are different from each other (in skills and experience). Together, we make it work! 


Who are you?

The ideal candidate for this role: 

  • Holds a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science) or possesses equivalent practical experience. 

  • Strong projectmanagement- and stakeholdermanagement skills.

  • Demonstrates eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic analytics environment. 

  • Familiarity with Tableau, SQL, dbt and Python is a plus, but not mandatory as we provide training. Proficiency in Excel is highly valued as a mindset, not necessarily a tool we actually use. 

  • Enjoys working collaboratively within a team and possesses good communication skills. 

  • Strong foundation in mathematics or beta-related fields. 

  • Competences: balances stakeholders, business insight, communicates effectively, manages complexity, optimizes work processes, plans and aligns.
