Senior Product Owner Test Strategy & Enablement

We’re looking for a Senior Product Owner Test Strategy & Enablement to drive QA initiatives and champion a quality-first mindset across our product teams. You’ll focus on automation, equip teams with the right tools, share your expertise, and empower them to take full ownership of their products, ensuring high-quality delivery that delights our customers.
Your Two Key Missions:
1. Build and drive the QA Platform Team, taking end-to-end ownership (70% focus). You’ll be the driving force behind our QA Platform team, supporting product teams across Kramp with automation frameworks, tooling, and best practices. This includes:
Designing and executing a group-wide test strategy.
Leading the adoption of test automation tools on different teams at Kramp level (e.g. Playwright, Browserstack, etc).
Optimizing test environments, tooling, and data management.
Ensuring a seamless developer experience through robust QA support.
You will work closely with the QA Practice Lead to define and shape Kramp’s QA strategy.
2. Drive Quality Across Our ERP Transformation (30% focus) You’ll play a key role in one of Kramp’s most complex initiatives: the ERP system replacement.
Take ownership of test data and environment strategy across domains (finance, sales, etc.).
Manage dependencies and complexity in multi-system landscapes.
Align with diverse stakeholders, balancing technical realities with strategic outcomes.
What is your role and your focus?
Product Vision & Strategy:
Define and communicate a clear QA platform vision aligned with Kramp’s tech strategy.
Align initiatives with the technology strategy's goals.
Set measurable KPIs to assess quality, stability, and adoption.
Backlog Management:
Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Create clear, actionable user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with developers, platform teams, QA architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
Represent QA and testing needs in ERP governance and planning.
Advocate for testing automation and strategic initiatives to drive adoption and engagement.
Delivery & Performance:
Ensure QA implementation supports platform quality and stability.
Track and report KPIs, including security, cost control, and developer satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify and address risks in platform initiatives and promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Who are you?
3+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner.
3+ years of experience as a Test Engineer/Test Lead, with the ability to navigate complex platforms and components across different domains.
Proven track record in managing test data, test environments, or test strategies at scale.
Strong ability to align with stakeholders at all levels, building relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
Passionate about driving change and inspiring others around new directions and innovations.
Skilled at prioritizing tasks effectively based on organizational needs, team dynamics, and stakeholder input, ensuring critical projects receive proper focus.
Bonus: experience with large-scale ERP transformations.
