As a Purchase Order Specialist at Kramp you will be a part of an international team with 14 other Purchase Order Specialists.

Your primary tasks will be:

  • Managing and overseeing the end-to-end purchase order processes within Kramp, from placing, confirming and monitoring the status of purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Communicate and network with internal and external stakeholders, be in close contact with sales and logistics across countries.
  • Play a critical role in ensuring that the purchase management process operates smoothly, efficiently, and is in compliance with organizational standards.
  • You have attention for details, communication skills and the ability to navigate supplier relationships ensuring their contribution to the overall success in the supply chain function.

About you:

  • You have a minimum of 2 years experience in similar positions or tasks.
  • You have an advanced experience in Excel.
  • You build relationships easily and communicate fluently in written and spoken Italian and English.
  • You should be curious and ambitious to pursue a career in an international company.
