Position: Account Manager
Location: UK
We are now seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our UK sales team. This is a demanding but exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving growth and strengthening relationships with our customers.
Not only will you be managing and developing key accounts, but you will also be working closely with senior leaders to deliver long-term business strategies.

What is your role?
As an Account Manager at Kramp, you will be responsible for building strong, trust-based relationships with agricultural dealers and customers across your territory, translating our local strategy into a clear growth plan for your region.
You’ll take the time to understand customer needs at every level, from frontline staff to dealer principals, MDs and business owners and tailor your approach accordingly.
Working closely with internal specialists, you’ll deliver solutions that create real value, driving sustainable growth by helping customers strengthen their businesses through not only our product offering but also Kramp’s services, digital platforms and innovations.
You will represent Kramp at trade shows, customer events and dealer open days, with turnover seen as the outcome of everything you do, but with your true focus firmly on building partnerships, supporting customers and helping them succeed.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and develop customer accounts in line with Kramp’s growth strategy.
- Create annual account and territory plans with clear actions for growth.
- Deliver on agreed KPIs including turnover, margin, customer satisfaction and share of wallet.
- Support customers with webshop adoption, digital tools, and services (EDI, Scan-to-Order, Powered by Kramp).
- Proactively identify new opportunities across Agriculture, Forest & Grasscare and Construction.
- Provide market insights and competitor feedback to the wider Kramp business.
- Ensure all customer interactions are documented and followed up using CRM.
Who are you?
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar B2B Account Management role, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Strong knowledge of agriculture and a real connection to the sector.
- Degree in a commercial or technical area, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Advanced interpersonal skills – able to adapt your style to suit different stakeholders, from farm technicians to dealer owners.
- Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work alongside new technologies, including embracing the use of AI in daily work.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the territory and occasionally more widely for business events or meetings.
